Room availability- Friday 2nd -12 rooms, Saturday 3rd – 15 rooms
- Open forum discussions with industry leaders on Market Opportunities, and all things Elk Wapiti
- Hawker Velvet, continuing to support our event with sponsoring lunch
- Highlands Go Karts, afternoon entertainment and lots of fun, thanks Clachanburn Elk
- Society benefit auction – TBA
- Items – Sponsors product, semen, (Additional items welcome)
