The 2021 competition has now closed. The next competition will be running early 2022 when it will be time to get snapping again! Gather up those great shots you have buried or head out on the farm with your camera and enter.
There are some great prizes on offer, including;
- $500 cash prize for the overall winner
- Category winner cash prizes
- Gift pack for "People's choice" award
- Framed photos of winning photographs.
Last year's competition saw some spectacular entries from all over New Zealand making the job of judging a very difficult one. Many of the images you would have seen featured in the industry's magazine, Deer Industry News and right here on the industry website www.deernz.org
Like last year, it will be just as easy to enter - no need to print and post your photos. Email them through to cenwynn.philip@deernz.org along with your entry form.
Please note that this competition is for amateur photographers only. Professional photographers, who derive income from photography, are not eligible to enter. Also please ensure that photos from phone cameras are of a high quality and can be viewed clearly on a large display screen.
There is no limit on the number of entries.
The organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the competition if there are insufficient entries.
