49th NZDFA Annual General Meeting
The NZDFA Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 8 May 2024 at 9am in at the Napier War Memorial Centre in Napier. The AGM won't be livestreamed.
Any candidate for the DINZ Board will be given the opportunity to address the meeting and the new Selections and Appointments Panel members will be announced.
You are not required to register for conference if only attending the AGM. If you are planning on attending conference as well, please register here >>
Remits
If there are any remits to be tabled at the upcoming AGM, these must be submitted by Tue 16 April to lindsay.fung@deernz.org
Current draft remit topics are:
- Cervena Brand
- NAIT System Failure
- Research relationship with AgResearch
- Life membership
- Honoraria for NZDFA Executive Committee
Branch Chairs Meeting
The local NZDFA Branch Chairs will meet together on the afternoon of Tuesday 7 May. This is a vital meeting with the chairs, Executive Committee and SAP. There will also be the opportunity for contact with the DINZ Board and Executive.
Please liaise with your local Branch Chair as they can raise issues on your behalf and act as a proxy for the AGM.
