NZFAP & NZFAP Plus Workshop
Farm Assurance schemes are becoming a part of farming businesses now and the requirement to have a level of certification for supply to processors is more common. This workshop will introduce the New Zealand Farm Assurance Programme – the red meat sectors standardised approach.
Run by Rural Consulting, the team will work through why you should be a part of the programme, what the standards consist of and what is required to achieve the different levels of certification.
The after-lunch session will be more 1:1 or small group sessions working through your own farm plans and how they align with the New Zealand Farm Assurance standards so you can leave knowing what you have already and what you need to do next.
A later afternoon session will be provided for 1:1 sessions for those wishing to progress to New Zealand Farm Assurance Plus.
