Attend a field day to celebrate Goudies Station winning the 2021 Firstlight Environment Award.
Goudie's Station in Reporoa, Bay of Plenty, is a flat to rolling farm incorporating a deer breeding and finishing operation, Romney sheep stud along with a cattle breeding, finishing and trading component.
Starting at 12:00pm, the field day will include a farm tour showcasing environmental risk management and mitigation practices, pasture management and renewal and breeding and finishing yearlings in a highly productive and diverse livestock system. The tour will finish with an awards ceremony and a BBQ lunch at 4:00pm.
There is no cell phone coverage at Woolshed.
